In a lesson of media studies, we learned about types of audience profiles. There are two main audience profiles: demographic and psychographic.
Demographic- quantifiable statistics of a given population. The most frequently used demographic variables are age, gender, occupation, location, marital status, educational level, income and nationality.
Psychographic- reflect common activities, interests and opinions as well as attitudes and values of those people.
We then discovered the different indications that colours give. For example, red is an intense colour that we associate with romance or even danger, yellow reminds us of sunshine and optimism and finally white could remind us of purity or faith.
