Double page spread inspiration

This is an idea of how I would like my double page spread to look. It is eye-catching and I think it looks professional as it gives you an idea immediately of who the article is about. The image is sleek and suitable for the genre of music that it is about. I'm not sure which colours I am going to use yet but I do like the gradient of pink to purple as it matches her eye make-up.

I also chose this one because of where the headline is. It is right at the top to state the power of who it is about (Beyonce). This is effective because it makes readers want to read on.
